Continuous Die Automated Tube End Former

The Continuous Die Automated Tube End Former is a fully automated industrial machine designed specifically for upsetting the ends of tubes. The machine features a closed protective cover and an integrated control panel, achieving three core functions: automatic feeding, automatic unloading, and tube end forming. It can efficiently complete the upsetting of tube ends with a processing cycle of only 4 seconds per tube. The machine is equipped with a 200-tube capacity storage bin, with the tube center approximately 1100mm from the ground, adaptable to continuous production needs for various tube diameters (maximum diameter Φ40) and materials. The overall structure is robust, weighing approximately 4900kg, with a power of 83kW, and a maximum upsetting head and clamping capacity of 25t, ensuring accurate and stable processing quality under high load conditions.
