Single-stack Die

The single-stack die is a high-efficiency, precision pipe forming equipment designed for small-batch, diversified single-piece production. It adopts a single-head + single-layer mold structure, combined with a CNC/PLC control system, to achieve fully automatic and fully programmable pipe bending.

Working principle: The hydraulically driven pipe bending head, in conjunction with a high-strength mold, completes the plastic deformation of the pipe under the precise instructions of the CNC system.
