Stamping, Rotary Groove, Chamfering All-in-one Machine

1. Processing range: Φ6-30mm;
2. Head trimming, upsetting, and grooving machines.
3. Cutting station: Automatically adds coolant during cutting; a protective cover encloses the fitting during cutting, and air is blown downwards to dislodge metal shavings.
4. Chamfering station: Air is blown downwards during chamfering to dislodge metal shavings, while simultaneously cooling the chamfering blade.
5. Telescopic armor cover extends and retracts freely with the die head during mold changes to prevent metal shavings from falling onto the guide rails.
