NC single head pipe bending machine (light)

This series, developed and manufactured by H&T (CHI-PEEL MACHINERY), is specifically designed for small- to medium-volume pipe processing needs. The machines utilize CNC hydraulic drive and are equipped with a touchscreen human-machine interface for rapid program setting and precise control. The overall structure features a white steel frame with yellow functional color differentiation, resulting in a simple, robust, and durable appearance that meets industrial safety standards.

1. High-Precision CNC: The touchscreen control panel supports program storage and parameter setting, providing intuitive operation and high bending angle accuracy, up to 185°, meeting complex pipe bending requirements.
2. Powerful Hydraulic Power: A maximum hydraulic pressure of 14MPa and a high-power 10HP motor ensure smooth and efficient bending processes.
3. Multi-Model Coverage: From NC38 to NC80, covering carbon steel and stainless steel pipes with diameters from Φ38.1mm to Φ76.2mm, adaptable to different production scales.
4. Flexible Multi-Segment Bending: Each pipe can be set with 2-9 bending points, enabling continuous multi-segment bending and improving processing efficiency.
