NC single head pipe bending machine (heavy-duty)

The Heavy NC Single-head adopts a fully hydraulic drive and a touchscreen CNC system, achieving "one-click programming and automatic bending." Each machine can preset 14 bending angles on the same workpiece, supporting 16 consecutive bending segments to meet complex process requirements. The machine features a robust structure, simple operation, and a cost-effectiveness ratio (C/P) that combines high precision with low cost, making it suitable for small-to-medium batch production in workshops or on-site processing.

Advantages:
1. CNC: Touchscreen operation, programmed settings, and quick process switching.
2. High Precision: Uniform 185° maximum bending angle; 16 bending segments can be completed in one pass.
3. Flexible Adaptability: The same platform allows for mold replacement, adapting to various pipe diameters. NC168 is suitable for light-duty pipes; NC189 accommodates medium-thick-walled pipes; NC219 supports large-diameter, thick-walled pipes and long fittings.
4. Cost-Effectiveness: Low oil consumption, standardized hydraulic system, and low maintenance costs.
